If you wish to purchase an item, please contact me by e-mail or telephone.

When you make contact, please supply the following information.

·        -details of what you wish to purchase

·        -the delivery address

·        -telephone number

·        -chosen method of payment

On receipt of this information I will send you an invoice detailing the agreed price and the cost of postage, packaging and insurance.

I accept payment in £ sterling only. UK customers can pay either by personal cheque or by any major credit or debit card through PayPal. Overseas customers can pay with any major credit or debit card through PayPal. I make no additional charge for payments through PayPal. Overseas customers should please note that they are responsible for the payment of any duty or tax levied by the authorities of the country to which goods are dispatched. 

All goods are packaged at no additional charge. Goods destined for addresses within the UK will be carefully packaged by me. Goods sent to addresses outside the UK will normally be professionally packaged, at no additional cost to the purchaser.

Postage and insurance are charged at cost. Goods within the UK will normally be despatched by Royal Mail special delivery. I will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, though I will do everything possible to help with any insurance claim.

Goods purchased through PayPal will normally be dispatched within two working days. Goods purchased by UK cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared.

I undertake to deal honestly and fairly with you. To the very best of my belief, all goods sold by me are as described. However, if you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact me immediately, preferably by e-mail, and explain why. I will do my best to come to an amicable arrangement with you.
